November forward

The Empowered mens conference ‘25, in Seminole OK at The Praise Center has become a highlight of the year. Since the night’s are “short” in OK, the Best Western helped ease that burden. 

This year bro. Laudell preached and taught on “JURISDICTION.”Bro. Hensley said the Unity of the men as they sang together, knowing they are the “jurisdiction “ over their homes; church and community. It was a moment not to be forgotten.

Anthony is newly engaged to be married to his best friend and has put her to work on his 'media team;' She had no idea, it would put a ring on her finger, & Anthony aquires a 'GOOD THING!' Proverbs 18:22

Anthony, grew up in Corpus Christi, Texas, and moved with  his family to Texarkana in 2011.

Anthony shares ~

"The most important personal influence for photography to me is Storytelling. 

I’ve always loved the stories that can be pulled from a single photo.

When I was younger, my dad, my brothers, and I would walk down the road telling each other stories, whether real or made up. The phrase “a picture is worth a thousand words” resonates with me a lot."

I asked Anthony "What is your favorite and most fulfilling project to date?"

His reply was...

Honestly, some of the projects I’m most proud of are ones hardly anyone has seen. 

"I have video projects I’m still working on and photos sitting in folders on my PC that mean a lot to me—I just haven’t had the time to finish them."

Which lead me to my next question to him.

"What made you begin live shots at Faith?"

"I started photographing at Faith on Sundays back in 2024. 

Sis. Kelley mentioned they needed more photos for social media, so I offered to help.

 Since then, I’ve kind of become the “cameraman” at the church. 

One of the biggest challenges is making sure I don’t interrupt the service or distract from what God is doing. 

It’s gotten easier over time, but I’m always careful about staying out of the way."

Anthony has a small team that helps him perodically. Along with Autumn her sister Kaylin is an huge asset.

Sis. Calley and Pastor Matthew also give direction and help me understand the vision..

This photographer guru, does have to edit, some of the photos along with the creating. 

He says It really depends on the project—photo or video. Sometimes editing takes hours, and sometimes it only takes a few minutes. 

The process can be enjoyable and sometimes it's boring. However, with editing, Anthony handles most of the editing his-self so the style stays consistent.

One of Anthony's goal's for FAITH ASSEMBLY is to upgrade our livestream setup and hardware. This will help make our online presence more inviting. 

His biggest goal is for people to learn more about God through what we post—and to show them that there is still a God who can make a difference in their lives.
